Celebrating Customer Appreciation Week & New Website


 

Powers Ventures is proud to announce January 14-17 will be Customer Appreciation Days in conjunction with the launch of a new and improved website.

“For more than a quarter of a century, Powers Ventures has been proudly serving a sixty mile radius of Rochester and has evolved into the premier southeast Minnesota catering, restaurant, and event center company,” said President Joe Powers.  “We are very thankful for our customers trust and are blessed to help serve our greater community.”

As a way to thank customers and to celebrate the launch of the new website, Canadian Honker is giving away pieces of it’s signature Coconut Bunnie Cake to customers dining in the restaurant during those days and will also throw in a few extra surprises through the week to restaurant customers, website visitors and fans of their growing Facebook community.

Powers Ventures worked with Encore Public Relations in conjunction with Creative Juice and BrandHoot to conceptualize and develop the functionality to make the new visually appealing and user-friendly website vision come to life.

“Our goal was to create a marketing tool that highlighted Powers Ventures mission and showcases their services  and to formally link all of the different businesses,” said Laurie Archbold, principal of Encore Public Relations. The new website offers an enterprise landing page as well as an enterprise banner that for the first time integrates Canadian Honker Restaurant, Canadian Honker Catering, Rochester Event Center and Canadian Honker Events. The new website is robust and content rich featuring more than 60 pages of information, links, blog feature, newsletter sign up and downloadable PDF’s as well as  Facebook and YouTube integration.

The framework of the website prioritizes information allowing s a seamless user- friendly navigation experience. .”The visually appealing design is clean and modern with an emphasis on helping the visitor find information quickly, “ said Sarah Miller, owner of Creative Juice.

The functionality of the site features a content management system tool that allows key management personnel to easily update content without the need to directly access code. Additionally, custom and innovative dynamic technology was built to automatically generate the menu PDF’s, in relation to any content changes made by Canadian Honker management   Other custom built features add to the ease of use and long term ease of maintenance. “The project is a cross-platform best practice website that functions at the highest level given the diversity of files, formats and download speed. This is our most advanced project to date.” said Nate Nordstrom, owner of BrandHoot.
